I'm Josh — a defense and robotics software engineer building autonomous underwater vehicles at L3Harris in Palm Bay, FL. My work spans flight software, missile defense libraries, CUDA imaging pipelines, and AI/ML tooling for teams that build things that matter.

I got hooked on engineering early — winning energy fair awards and building robots in high school before heading to Ohio State, then transferring to UK where I picked up undergraduate research. I spent two years on NASA-funded sounding rocket payloads, soldering Arduino boards for thermal protection systems, and somehow also became a national esports champion along the way.

Outside work, I build robots in Rust, tinker with embedded systems, and obsess over making things faster. I like clean abstractions, honest documentation, and teams that ship.
